Description
Number 2 in the unofficial Loft Classics series that covers some of the tracks that David Mancuso used to play at The Loft in New York.
On the A side we get the Special Full Length Disco Mix from the limited edition that was originally released in 1979 on MCA. An end of the night anthem if ever there was one.
On the B side we get the ever tasty Johnny Hammond classic from his Gears album that was released in 1975 on Milestone. Rounding off the 12″ is Dexter Wansel’s classic Life On Mars that was originally released on Philadelphia International Records in 1976.
There are no track times on the label so the tracks in the YouTube player are what I think are on the record. Street Life is a really long version anyway.
