Highly sought after!.Taken from The Empire Strikes Back LP released in 2009, this is the first time the original of You’ve Got To Have Freedom has been released as a single. This killer cover of the Pharoah Sanders classic was also featured on Kerri Chandler DJ-Kicks mix back in 2017.
The original mix comes backed with the KDJ-esque Patchworks remix which has previously been released by Soulab and was licensed to Lumberacks In Hell for their Best Of Lumberjacks In Hell LP.
All the previous 12″s featuring the Patchworks go for good money when you can find them.
On the A side we also get the Sylvester sampling Boogie, again in it’s original form. Plus there is new to vinyl remix by The Gemini Bros that beefs things up a little without going too far.
