Official reissue of the 1991 U.M.M. Underground Music Movement classic! Produced by Emanuele Luzzi,Onirico’ was championed at the time by the likes of Derrick May, Speedy J and Steve Rachmad but it never got a repress and averages at £50 on Discogs.
The EP opens with the lovely deep Detroity (House) sounding vibes of ‘Stolen Moments’, which makes way for gritty acid floorworker ‘Tribal Echo’. On the B-Side ‘Onirico’ blends up strings, acid and enough authentic Techno sounds to make you believe it could have been one of the The Belleville Three behind the desk. Last but not least ‘Echno’ rounds it off with a nice dreamy deep number that masters the early House production sound where machine music oozes electronic soul. Have a few listens to this EP and you’ll soon seen why it has been highly sought after for time.
