Other than 2014’s ‘Holo Earth’ LP on Opal Tapes, and 2015’s ‘Line Of Flight’ LP on his own Indole label, HOLOVR aka Jimmy Billingham’s music has been largely restricted to the digital or cassette format. Thankfully the good chaps at Firecracker saw fit to release this tasty 5 tracker on wax, all packaged up in the lovely artwork we’ve come to expect from the Scottish label.
Deep House come Techno soaked in ambient acid is the order of the day. The 2 most club friendly tracks are ‘Transient Field’ and ‘Into The Outer’ but the whole EP is a joy that any fan of electronic music can appreciate.
