Items shipped to Europe are sent as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Many of the record shops in the UK do it this way.

DDU, which is also known as DAP (Duties At Place), means the buyer has to pay for all import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees that are due. Basically, DDU/DAP means that the buyer has to pay for all the necessary import fees when the parcel arrives at their address.

If you have an IOSS number we can add that to the customs declaration so you should not get charged any import fees. Please tell us your IOSS number in the Order notes at checkout if you have one.

What are import fees made up of?
