Organised by the Rotation team here at Dig Deep Records, JB’s Record Fair is as much a social event as an opportunity to unearth that gem you’ve been looking for.
A new fair for 2018, JB’s Record Fair usually takes place on the second Sunday of the month at Joshua Brookes, Princess Street, Manchester.
Whether you’re a veteran record lover, or are just staring your collection, our record fairs and after parties provide the perfect setting for the vinyl community to come together. Buy new and used vinyl, dig for your most sought after holy grail, check new releases, listen to hand picked DJs spinning throughout the event, and soak up the vibes with a drink from the bar.
Our carefully selected vendors, each selling personally curated record collections, are knowledgeable and friendly. As well as offering a broad selection of rare and coveted vinyl records, you can also buy audiophile accessories and merchandise, such as turntable weights, slipmats, vinyl care products, branded clothing, and artwork.
Crates of boogie, funk, disco, soul, nu disco, edits, latin, jazz, house, techno, DnB, hip hop, and afrobeat, rub shoulders with rock, indie, prog, folk, blues, reggae, and dub!
Doors open from 1pm, with DJs playing throughout the fair and into the night. Entry is free, but you can support the cause by buying a drink from the well stocked bar.
Dealer tables are currently available at most of our record fairs throughout 2018, however we do recommend booking tables early to avoid disappointment.
One dealer table costs £10. Tables provided are generally 4ft x 2ft 6ins. If you need more space, that’s fine just let us know. Seating is provided.
Bookings can be made on the website and prepayment is required in advance.
JB’s Record Fair (usually) takes place once a month on a Sunday from 1pm till 11pm. Sellers are able to unload directly outside the venue from 12.30pm.
